Hamster Phil’s Celebration of Life

These photos were taken Saturday, January 27 at The Zimmerman Automobile Driving Museum, in El Segundo, where a couple hundred friends and family of Phillip Alan Stadden gathered to celebrate Phil’s life.

Phil was born March 12, 1947, and was taken from us October 21, 2023 after a short bout with prion disease, a disease I had never heard of before, but is apparently always fatal.

Phil was a long time painter of classic cars and motorcycles which resulted in him becoming a member of the Hamsters USA club in 1991. For those unfamiliar, the Hamsters are a motorcycle club that, at least at the time, was made up of the cream of the crop when it came to builders of custom motorcycles. Continue reading →
